My name’s Christine Juneau and I have been drawing cartoons — primarily of my family — for as long as I can remember.
Most of the things I enjoy doing besides cartooning are evident in my drawings: travel, tennis, time with family. Although my cartoons are most made up of lots of squiggly lines, I do have some formal training in the arts. After graduating from Skidmore College where I majored in studio art, I worked in advertising for several years before being diverted into the world of energy research and analysis.
Drawing is a means of both learning and explaining things – it’s rare that I can get through a conversation without rooting around for pen and paper (bar napkin or ATM receipt) to diagram whatever concept is being explored.
Hi Chris! I saw your tennis cartoon in Weston magazine, which led me to your web site. It was so spot on and hilarious. I love your work, had no idea of your talents.
Best, Carole Percival
PS I don’t play tennis anymore, I’m addicted to golf, haha.
Chris,
I love your site, the cartoons, and your comments. We have to meet for lunch or a drink.

Chris, I am a Skidmore alumna and saw your San Francisco piece in the Alumni Art Show. I love it! Would you consider selling it? And now I have checked out your website and love your cartoons too! You have a real talent and a grand sense of humor besides.
